Strengthening Franco-Polish ties

French Prime Minister Manuel Valls met with Polish Prime Minister Ewa Kopacz and President Bronislaw Komorowski in Warsaw to discuss, among others, deepening of the economic ties between both countries.

France has been one of the most important foreign investors in Poland: it is the third economic partner in the EU and the third foreign investor in this country.

French investments in Poland are mainly located in three domains: telecommunication, industrial production and massive commercial distribution.

Our reporter Danuta Isler spoke to Christophe Dubus, deputy president of the French Polish Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Poland which celebrated 20 years of operations here last in 2014 and during the visit of the French PM was awarded for contributing to the development of Polish economy.
