Over the five years of its implementation, the One-Belt-One-Road initiative has become a new clasp between China and the Central Asian region, providing the parties with a wide range of new opportunities for deepening mutually beneficial cooperation and achieving universal development and prosperity. In these conditions, the active participation in the projects of the One-Belt-One-Road Initiative, the desire to link national development strategies with the Chinese integration initiative are all the conscious steps of the Central Asian countries.
Every year, China's trade turnover with the countries of Central Asia is growing. This is one of the regions that are characterized by high dynamics of increase in turnover in the area of "One Belt - One Road". In cooperation in production facilities, in economic and technological cooperation, China and the countries of Central Asia have made tangible progress. Financial cooperation is also deepening. China has become the largest investor and the main trading partner for Central Asia.
Within the framework of the One-Belt-One-Road initiative, the implementation of the New Asian Continental Bridge project, the movement of trains on the China-Europe route, the establishment of the Sino-Kazakhstani logistics cooperation base was officially launched; the construction of a high-speed road Western Europe-Western China is steadily developing, a railway tunnel "Kamchik" has been built on the Angren-Pape railway line, the international highway China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan has been opened; a parallel structure of gas transportation has been formed in three branches - A, B and C - the China-Central Asia gas pipeline; open air communication between China and the five countries of Central Asia. All this played an important role and is of great importance for the economic development of the Central Asian region.
In 2014, at the 38th session of the UNESCO World Heritage Committee, the objects of the Great Silk Road in the Chang'an-Tien Shan corridor, jointly presented by three countries - China, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan - were added to the World Heritage Register. The ancient Silk Road once again turned into a kind of bridge of unity of souls and thoughts of the peoples of China and the countries of Central Asia.
In recent years, the number of students from Central Asian countries in the Chine has increased significantly. Country has become one of the most popular countries by preferences for students from Central Asia. The scholarship fund of the Chinese government "Silk Road" provided the students from the countries of the "One Belt - One Road" initiative the best platform for study and internships. Over the five years of implementing the One-Belt-One Road initiative, China has signed 103 cooperation documents with 88 countries and international organizations. China's total trade with the countries of the One-Belt-One-Road initiative exceeded $ 5 trillion, China's total investment in the countries covered by the initiative exceeded $ 70 billion. The Chinese enterprises opened 75 zones of trade and economic cooperation in the initiative countries that provided 200 thousand new jobs. The parties jointly developed a new model of cooperation for the development of the global economy and regional integration. Against this background, mutually beneficial cooperation between China and the countries of Central Asia is only one component of the initiative.
China not only doubled its own trade and economic potential, but also significantly contributed to the growth of the global economy, and the whole world thanks to this gained more "Chinese chances". According to the consensus reached by the leadership of the countries, China will continue to deepen friendly and mutually beneficial cooperation with both Russia and the countries of Central Asia.
